These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RevAIde. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use RevAIde.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use RevAIde for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Respect the privacy and rights of clients and other users.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in RevAIde. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to provide the service to you and the clients you choose to share it with.

Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans, if offered, are billed through the applicable app store or payment processor and are subject to their terms. Fees are described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

AI features

RevAIde includes AI-assisted features. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or sharing it. AI features are a tool, not professional, legal, or financial advice.

Disclaimers & liability

RevAIde is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using RevAIde and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
