RevAIde ("RevAIde," "we," "us") provides business-management tools for independent service professionals and their clients. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Using RevAIde means you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), and whether you are a pro or a client.
• Business content you create — profiles, services and pricing, bookings, client records, consent forms, messages, and revenue entries.
• Media you upload — images and files you add to your branding or portfolio.
• Usage and device data — basic, privacy-preserving analytics about how the app is used, to keep it reliable.

How we use information

• To operate your account and provide the app's features.
• To let pros and their clients communicate and transact within the app.
• To power AI assistance (for example drafting copy or suggestions). Content sent to AI features is processed to generate a response and is not used to train third-party models.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run RevAIde — our database and authentication provider (Supabase) and our hosting and AI infrastructure (Vercel) — under agreements that limit their use to providing those services, and when required by law.

Data security & retention

Your data is protected with encryption in transit, row-level access controls so each account can reach only its own data, and secure password hashing. We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights & choices

You may access, correct, export, or delete your information, and close your account. To make a request, contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Children's privacy

RevAIde is intended for professionals aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
